We are committed to providing consistent schedules, strong leadership, and a workplace where employees can succeed and grow.Atlantic Emergency Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time Service Center Manager in our McConnelsville service center.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.No rotating shiftsPaid holidays (no waiting period)Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off, start earning day 1Work Environment:Leadership role within a service center supporting fire trucks and emergency equipmentPrimary work environment is an indoor service facility, with regular interaction in the shop and occasional field support as neededFast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfactionKey Job Duties:Oversee daily service center operations, including workflow, scheduling, and productivityDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipsMonitor operational costs and drive service center profitabilityOversee the accuracy and timely closing of repair orders and parts ticketsHandle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely mannerMaintain dealer relationships and support service work contractsOversee warranty claim processing and ensure timely reimbursementEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulationsLeadership Responsibilities:Provide training, coaching, and ongoing developmentManage employee relations and maintain a positive work environmentLead performance management, including setting expectations and holding team members accountableMotivate and lead the team to perform at a high level while maintaining quality and safety standardsRequirements:What we're looking for:57 years of experience in a related field3 years of supervisory or leadership experience is preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment drug screeningWho does well here:Leaders who take ownership and drive resultsIndividuals who balance customer needs with operational goalsPeople who enjoy building and developing strong teamsProblem-solvers who stay focused and solution-oriented under pressureWork environment and physical demands:This role includes standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbingThe position involves exposure to shop conditions such as noise, equipment, and occasional outdoor environmentsAre you looking for an opportunity to lead a team, improve operations, and make a real impact?
