This role is ideal for someone who can independently set up, operate, and optimize CNC milling machines while holding tight tolerances and driving quality results.What You’ll Do:Set up and run CNC milling machines with minimal supervisionMachine precision parts to tight tolerances (±.0002”)Read blueprints and edit CNC programs for performance and qualityAdjust tooling, speeds, and offsets to optimize productionInspect parts using precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot issues and support continuous improvementWhat You Bring:3+ years of CNC milling experience (including setups)Strong blueprint reading and measurement skillsExperience with tooling, offsets, and G-code fundamentalsAbility to problem-solve and work independentlyIf you’re a hands-on machinist who takes pride in quality and efficiency, we’d love to connect!
