We are known for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.Position Overview Dobco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for budget management, schedule oversight, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This role works closely with field teams, estimating, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from award through final completionDevelop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking, and forecastsReview and manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and buyout processOversee project schedules and coordinate with superintendents and project teamsLead project meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractorsReview drawings and specifications to ensure compliance and identify risksManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationTrack and negotiate change orders with owners and subcontractorsMonitor project costs and identify potential budget impactsEnsure compliance with contract requirements and project milestonesCoordinate with accounting on billing, pay applications, and project financialsSupport project closeout including punch list, O&M manuals, and final documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredExperience as a Project Manager with a general contractorExperience managing public sector or commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction contracts and project financials
