Agentic AI Engineer at BairesDevAs an Agentic AI Engineer, you will build AI-native applications using a modern full-stack approach heavily augmented by AI tools. You will lead the development of autonomous agentic systems that move beyond simple prompt-response patterns to execute complex, multi-step tasks efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement production-grade AI-native applications and agentic workflows.- Integrate advanced LLM capabilities into scalable full-stack software solutions.- Architect autonomous agents capable of independent planning and task execution.- Utilize AI-augmented tools like Cursor and Copilot to optimize development velocity.- Collaborate with product teams to translate business objectives into intelligent systems.
What we are looking for:
4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering or AI Engineering.- Proven expertise in building and deploying AI-native applications and agentic workflows.- Proficiency in modern stacks such as TypeScript or Python and production-grade LLM integrations.- Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.- Strong background in end-to-end full-stack delivery, including frontend, backend, and API layers.- Advanced proficiency in English.
