Job Title: Phlebotomist I Job Location: Spokane Valley, WA- 99216 Duration: 8+ months of Contract with (temp-to-hire) Shift: Mon-Thu (8:00 am - 4:30 pm), Fri (8:00 am - 3:00 pm) with lunch (12:30 pm - 1:00 pm) Job Description: Min. 6 months of professional Phlebotomist experience with an active Washington State Phlebotomy License is required.The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.The PSR I draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.The PSR I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.The PSR I will demonstrate Leadership Behaviours while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service centre or as business needs dictate.
