The Director of Admissions identifies and maintains relationships with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources related to possible admissions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Nursing Home Admissions Director, and thorough knowledge of all local hospital systems.RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExcellent communication and organization skillsCustomer service experienceKnowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic proceduresExperience with nursing home EMR highly preferredWe want to hear from YOU!
