With an expanding project backlog and ambitious growth plans, the company is investing heavily in its operations team and offers significant long-term career advancement opportunities.Position Overview & Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3–4 projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in value.Lead project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout activities.Review and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones, deliverables, and production goals are achieved.Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project performance.Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, budgets, schedules, and operational objectives.Visit active job sites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor progress, address challenges, and support field teams.Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirements.Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication utilizing construction management software and scheduling tools.Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and project profitability.Travel throughout the Northeast region as needed, with most travel consisting of day trips and limited overnight stays.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 3–5 years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction, wastewater, excavation, dam rehabilitation, process piping, renewable energy, or closely related infrastructure projects.Candidates without directly related industry experience should possess 5–7 years of progressive project management experience managing large-scale construction projects.Proven experience managing projects valued at $2 million or greater from project inception through completion.Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.Working knowledge of survey layouts, site development, and field construction operations.Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including field crews, subcontractors, consultants, and project owners.Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, including construction management platforms and CPM scheduling tools.Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.PMP certification is preferred but not required.Willingness to work in an onsite environment with regular travel to project locations throughout the region.
