Inside Sales Representative

Gillson Sciences is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, understands consultative selling, and is comfortable engaging scientific, business, and quality stakeholders. This role is remote, but does require travel to our lab locations throughout the US.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research target biotech, CDMO, and pharmaceutical companiesProspect through building connections with QA, QC, CMC, Regulatory, and R&D stakeholdersConduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn while measuring and reporting resultsQualify inbound leads from website inquiries and referralsSchedule technical discovery calls for senior leadership or technical SMEs when requiredWork with scientific and quality SMEs to conduct discovery conversations to understand testing needsCoordinate with laboratory and quality teams to develop proposed scopes of workPrepare quotes and proposals in collaboration with operations and senior leadershipFollow up consistently to move opportunities through the pipeline, while providing feedback to the business focused on change and innovation to support market demandsMaintain accurate CRM recordsTrack, and develop as necessary activity metrics (calls, meetings, quotes sent, win rate)Provide weekly pipeline reportsWorking with operations team, create visibility into forecasted revenue to establish standardized pipeline managementAccount DevelopmentSupport onboarding of new clientsIdentify cross-sell and repeat testing opportunitiesMaintain regular touchpoints with active accountsSupport artifact design and standardization of business development processesQualificationsRequired2+ years inside sales experienceExperience selling into regulated or technical industriesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and motivated, with strong follow-throughComfortable speaking with scientific and quality professionalsSelf-directed and disciplined Structured and process-orientedMotivated by performance and growthProfessional and credible when speaking with scientistsBachelor's degree in science, business, or related fieldCurious and comfortable learning technical subject matterAbility to travel to Gillson Sciences lab locations throughout the USPreferredExperience in life sciences, biotech, pharma, CDMO, or laboratory servicesFamiliarity with GMP, FDA, US Pharmacopeia ICH guidelines, or quality systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
