Key ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminumRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbolsFabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specificationMeasure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for weldingInspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standardsMaintain welding equipment and shop toolsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaCollaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines Qualifications5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferredAbility to read blueprints and understand weld symbolsExperience with MIG welding required; TIG experience preferredStrong attention to detail and workmanship qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license preferred Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 pounds regularlyFrequent bending, kneeling, and reachingAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environmentManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required Work ScheduleMonday - FridayDay shift (overtime available based on workload)
