Field Superintendent

Job Summary The Field Superintendent is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and management of field operations. This role oversees a workforce of approximately 30 employees, manages a fleet of 15 vehicles, and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in safety compliance, material handling, tool control, and daily field productivity. Key ResponsibilitiesAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Field Operations & Crew Management • Supervise, coordinate, and lead a field crew of approximately 30 employees across multiple job sites • Assign daily work tasks, establish priorities, and ensure projects stay on schedule • Monitor job progress and workmanship to ensure company and client standards are met • Resolve field issues, personnel concerns, and operational challenges Safety Program Management • Develop, implement, and enforce the company safety program • Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and field inspections • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety requirements • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Fleet & Equipment Management • Oversee and manage a fleet of approximately 15 company vehicles • Coordinate vehicle assignments, inspections, maintenance, and repairs • Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and operational Material Handling & Inventory Control • Manage material ordering, delivery, storage, and distribution • Track material usage and control waste, loss, or damage Tool xywuqvp Inventory & Issuing • Maintain accurate tool and equipment inventory • Issue tools to employees and track condition and returns • Coordinate tool maintenance, repair, and replacement Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience as a Field Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role • Experience managing large crews and multiple job sites • Strong knowledge of jobsite safety and operations • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
