Field Superintendent
Job Summary
The Field Superintendent is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and management of field operations. This role oversees a workforce of approximately 30 employees, manages a fleet of 15 vehicles, and ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work. The Field Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in safety compliance, material handling, tool control, and daily field productivity.

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a field crew of approximately 30 employees across multiple job sites
• Assign daily work tasks, establish priorities, and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Monitor job progress and workmanship to ensure company and client standards are met
• Resolve field issues, personnel concerns, and operational challenges
Safety Program Management
• Develop, implement, and enforce the company safety program
• Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and field inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety requirements
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Fleet & Equipment Management
• Oversee and manage a fleet of approximately 15 company vehicles
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are safe and operational
Material Handling & Inventory Control
• Manage material ordering, delivery, storage, and distribution
• Track material usage and control waste, loss, or damage
Tool xywuqvp Inventory & Issuing
• Maintain accurate tool and equipment inventory
• Issue tools to employees and track condition and returns
• Coordinate tool maintenance, repair, and replacement
Qualifications & Experience
• Previous experience as a Field Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Experience managing large crews and multiple job sites
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety and operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
