Join a team that values building quality projects, work-life balance, a positive team atmosphere, and FUN!Benefits & Perks:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceESOP401(k) retirement plan with guaranteed matchFlex Spending AccountVacation and Sick PayLife InsuranceHoliday PayPersonal Uber ridesWe are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in DFW.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Gather required documentation, set up project in tracking system and create job filesProcess Owner contracts, order project insurance certificates and bondsPrepare and send purchase orders and subcontractsRequest and track subcontractor insurance certificates and bondsRequest and track joint check agreements with subcontractorsReview subcontractor pay applications for payments and work closely with accounting to ensure proper payment to vendors and subcontractorsPrepare and track lien waivers and submittals logs to submit with owner pay applicationsPrepare final waivers to release retainage at close of projectRequest project closeout information and assemble manuals to submit to owner and architectPerform general office duties, correspondence and filingCommunicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors and others in a courteous and professional mannerHelp identify tax implications, assist with legal contract requirements, track licensing and registration in each state working with Key Headquarters (General knowledge of construction taxation)Assist with filing paperwork when necessaryQualifications and Skills:Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial informationExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and within tight deadlinesAbility to manage rapidly and frequently changing prioritiesAbility to communication and interact effectively with all levels of managementAt least 1 year of relevant project coordinator experience in the construction industry is a plusKey Construction is an Equal Opportunity EmployerNo Agency Inquiries PleaseKey Construction does not accept unsolicited resumes, candidates' names or summaries from staffing agencies, search firms, or third-party recruiters.
