Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coker, AL, for the Director of Project Management. Responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, and driving project timelines to ensure successful execution. The Director will also develop and optimize workflows, improve processes, and contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the organization. Qualifications Experience in Program Management and Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projectsProficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and project goalsStrong Team Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams effectivelyExpertise in Process Improvement to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiencyExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related fieldPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred
