Many of our top agents come from restaurants, retail, leasing, and other customer-facing roles where communication, multitasking, and energy matter.Position OverviewAs a Move Consultant, you’re on the front lines — speaking with real customers, booking moves, and guiding them through decisions with confidence and clarity.You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different departments work together behind the scenes to deliver a seamless experience.If you’re good with people and quick on your feet, this role gives you real-world sales experience you can use anywhere. Think of it as learning how to turn conversations into solutions.Compensation & Growth OpportunityOur Move Consultants typically earn $50,000–$70,000 annually, based on performance.
