Pharmacist - Acute

Job Details3+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. AZ license required. Looking for candidates with hospital/acute care setting experience and good references on file. Candidate should expect to take on-call. The Pharmacist is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, employees and designated areas of the hospital. The Pharmacist practice shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal and DEA laws, TJC Standards, and hospital/departmental policies and procedures.
