Autoload Operator, First Shift

By leveraging over five decades of manufacturing expertise and employing an extensive technologies portfolio, we design, manufacture, and finish incomparable stock and customized solutions for numerous markets.Location: New Albany, OhioDepartment: AnodizingReports to: Crew LeadsShift: First Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm_____________________________________________________________________________Job SummaryThis position works in the Anodizing Department and is responsible for running the Autoload machine, tracking production, maintaining racks, and production paperwork.Essential Functions Monitor and maintain proper machine operations, clear jams and faults in a safe manner Support auto load set-ups and changeovers Perform basic machine troubleshooting Record downtime and maintain records as directed Assist with racking, take-offs, and material handling requirements as needed Always keep machine area clean and neat Track Racks in process of repair Help QC Inspector weigh and label boxes Other duties as assigned to support production needs Qualifications Maintain good attendance Ability to work at a fast pace and able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Availability to work overtime when required, and flexibility to come in early and stay late on short notice.
