Job Description Contractor – Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Pensacola, FloridaWork Arrangement: On-siteRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will analyze business needs and develop comprehensive solutions that leverage our systems and processes. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements, enhance business processes, and identify new functionality opportunities. Utilizing advanced knowledge of our technology infrastructure and software applications, you will implement strategic initiatives through custom code solutions. This position involves coordinating complex system analyses, documenting business requirements, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful project delivery. Work is performed under general direction with considerable autonomy.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business initiatives and corporate strategiesDesign, develop, implement, and maintain custom code solutions using approved software development tools and platformsFacilitate user acceptance testing by developing test cases, executing scenarios, and communicating with project teams to ensure solution acceptancePartner with project teams to plan, coordinate, and deploy software releases to testing and production environments, obtaining required approvalsMonitor and support implementation of improvement projects to ensure timely action and achievement of expected benefitsCollaborate with key partners in the development and delivery of solutionsParticipate in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products, and servicesPerform annual recertification on organizational standards as they relate to the development platformCreate and maintain accurate, detailed documentation throughout all phases of the Systems Development Life-CycleContribute knowledge management articles for created solutionsApply and communicate changes and new trends in systems and technologyEvaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness of developed solutionsAnalyze information, requirements, data, work quality, processes, and metrics to inform improvementsInterpret analysis results and present recommendations and alternatives to stakeholdersDesign and document technical specifications for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, operating systems, interfaces, and controlsIdentify key responsibilities and practices, evaluate results, and provide guidance to ensure successful project implementationDevelop and recommend workflow adjustments to streamline processesPerform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, and modelingPartner with other practicesExtensive experience with application development platforms (e.g., C#, .Net, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud)Extensive experience programming end-to-end custom code solutionsExtensive experience converting legacy solutions to modern languagesExtensive experience building solutions from processes with minimal or no documentationExtensive experience working in lower and production environments that are not completely isolatedExtensive experience developing and testing softwareExtensive experience with our client's mainframe systemsExtensive experience applying statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysisExpert knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis, and operations research including
