Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).Echodyne is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter for a 6-9 month engagement. We're looking for a Contract Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processesManage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiationBuild relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experienceMaintain accuracy and organization in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent documentationKeep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standardsSupport headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the businessCoordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth processHelp maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organizationREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience Strong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes Proven success filling technical and specialized roles in a competitive market Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Experience partnering directly with senior leaders Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)Desired Skills / Experience(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) Experience in defense technologyKnowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)Degree or Certification in HR or related fieldKnowledge of employment laws and best practicesAbility to work a hybrid schedule preferred Echodyne's technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant's eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.WHAT WE OFFERThe pay range for this position is $50-$75 per hour.
