If so, Altria Group Distribution Company wants to connect with you to discuss our Retail Merchandising Associate role!Job Responsibilities:Deliver superior execution of the merchandising elements of trade programs at retailPlace Point of Sale (POS) materials in retail stores to support trade programs, product and promotional initiatives and merchandise product where necessaryReset in-store merchandising fixtures by following a plan-o-gramRepair and replace damages or broken shelf and signage components on existing in-store merchandising fixtures, where applicableManage your inventory of POS to ensure you have necessary materials for merchandising executionCount on hand product inventory in retail storesEnsure consistent and quality data collectionUse systems and tools to improve our overall decision makingExecute plans visiting more stores to improve our efficiency and customer contactsProvide feedback on the development and execution of market plansPromote a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusion and model inclusive behaviorsSpecific Skills:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredAbility to follow specific instructions and complete a series of tasks, with strong attention to detailStrong organization and time management skillsCourteous and professional communication while interacting with co-workers and customers and can remain calm and objective in occasionally tense situationsWork independently and adapt to changing direction and tasks from one store to the nextProficient at using a computer for planning, recording and transmitting information, and communication through email and similar platformsProficient in Microsoft Excel and OutlookCompensation and Benefits:In addition to the opportunity to apply and develop your skills we offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including the following:Competitive salary is $51,000 - $53,500/ annually with annual incentive compensation by targetMedical, dental and vision benefits for employees, spouses or domestic partners and eligible dependentsDeferred Profit-Sharing (DPS) Plan: Company Contribution: After one year of service, you are eligible to receive a total company contribution to the DPS Plan of 13%-17% of your base salary! An annual Profit-Sharing contribution of 8, 10, or 12%, depending on Altria Group's earnings per share growth. An annual Supplemental contribution of 5%. Personal Contribution: From your hire date, you can generally contribute up to 35% of your base salary (pre-tax, after-tax and/or Roth) to the DPS Plan, subject to IRS contribution limits. Company Match: If you contribute to the DPS Plan, you will be eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar match on what you contribute, up to 3% of your base salary, after just 90 days of service.Company vehicle for business and personal use (Chevy Traverse)A minimum of 3 weeks of vacation, 15 paid holidays and vacation purchase optionMaternity and paternity leave of absence benefits. Overnight travel may be required occasionally if business necessitates.
