Children's Coding Instructor

www.athenacoding.com Athena Coding is a premier afterschool education company looking for part time instructors to teach *after-school coding and game design* classes! Students are from grades K-5. All lesson plans and materials needed to teach the class will be provided. As a *coding instructor*, you will teach kids subjects including coding & game design with Scratch, Python, JavaScript and Minecraft. Responsibilities: * Manage a classroom of 10-20 children using our provided curriculum; no need to be an expert. * Teach students coding concepts through hands-on coding exercises & activities. * Ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment. We're looking for someone with: * An upbeat, empathetic, and enthusiastic character. * A passion for working with children. * Experience teaching, tutoring, or working with children is a plus.
