Business Analyst III

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Onsite for 5 day a week Client Industry: Banking Client Duration: 12+ months contract Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Must-Haves: Lead BA experience (7+ years of experience) Previous vendor management/understanding Technical knowledge and can translate that to the business partners Strong communication Self-motivated/zero hand holding Day To Day: Operates with a consultative mindset, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and simplification opportunities. Brings a structured, methodical approach to problem solving and requirements gathering. Thrives in ambiguity and can create clarity for stakeholders during early-stage vendor or platform adoption. Demonstrates vendor-management maturity—challenges assumptions, ensures accountability, and balances business value with technical feasibility. Maintains a high bar for quality and traceability in requirements, process flows, and testing outcomes. Communicates; naturally becomes the “go-to” SME on the product and process. Compensation Hourly Rate: $45 to $55 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
