Maintenance Mechanic

Works with the Organization Improvement Team to identify areas for improvement. Performs skilled work in one or more maintenance and building construction trades. Work involves maintaining and repairing buildings, utility systems, stationary equipment, and motorized equipment; requisitioning material and supplies; and keeping records. Voatonal or trade school training preferred. Current valid driver's license in state of residence. Expe nce/Knowledge: 4 year' experience of a varied nature in repair and installation. Working knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing and heating systems, sanitation, refrigeration, electric systems, and fire and safety regulations. Skille in the use of tools and equipment.
