Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Homestead, FL, for a Principal at South Dade Academy. The Principal will oversee daily school operations, provide instructional leadership, and implement strategies to enhance academic achievement. Key responsibilities include managing faculty and staff, fostering a positive school culture, developing and overseeing the curriculum, ensuring compliance with educational policies, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community. The Principal will also manage budgets, monitor institutional performance, and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage school operations and set strategic goals.Expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and student performance assessment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for fostering relationships with faculty, students, and parents.Proven ability in team management, conflict resolution, and professional staff development.In-depth knowledge of educational policies, legal requirements, and best practices.Master's degree in Education, School Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in educational leadership, including teaching experience.Commitment to creating an equitable, inclusive, and empathetic learning environment.
