Laboratory Technician
Only candidates located locally or within commuting distance of High Point, NC will be considered for this position.About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory. You will perform chemical and physical testing on raw materials and finished products using validated analytical methods.Key Responsibilities• Perform chemical and physical testing of pharmaceutical samples• Execute analytical methods including chromatography, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry• Document and report results following GLP/GMP guidelines• Identify and report out-of-specification (OOS) or unexpected results• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments as needed• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lab procedures• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as neededQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related Science field (required)• Entry-level – no prior experience required• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques (chromatography, spectroscopy, wet chemistry)• Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments is a plus• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills• Good communication and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeWhy This Opportunity• Excellent entry point into the pharmaceutical / biotech industry• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and lab testing• Training provided for motivated candidates• Opportunity to build a strong foundation in quality control and compliance
