Front Desk Receptionist
Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience with medical or dental reception are a plus. Duties
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Handle data entry, filing, and maintain organized records
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic QuickBooks tasks as needed
Support office management activities including supply inventory and document proofreading
Provide customer support through email, phone, or in-person interactions
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and maintaining office correspondence
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up communications
Skills
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Typing speed and accuracy for data entry and document processing
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
Office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus
Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $21.21 - $25.54 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
