Overview As a Senior Low-Code Developer at Ampcus, you will architect and deliver enterprise workflow solutions using low-code platforms to streamline business processes. You will work within the Intelligent Automation practice to prototype, customize, and integrate modern platforms for scalable, AI-enabled workflows. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust, secure solutions and help shape our digital transformation initiatives. This role offers impact across architecture, governance, and delivery, with opportunities to lead technical initiatives and mentorship in a fast-growing environment. ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement enterprise workflow and business process solutions on low-code/PaaS platformsCreate rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept to align requirements with stakeholdersCustomize platform capabilities to meet complex non-standard use casesModel data, APIs, and backend integrations; build scalable REST/SOAP integrationsLeverage AI capabilities (GenAI, RAG, semantic search) and RPA within workflowsSupport AI-enabled solutions and knowledge retrieval across enterprise data sourcesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProvide technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture assessmentsContribute to SDLC governance, DevSecOps, and deployment automationDeliver demos and technical walkthroughs to clients and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards Key requirements5 years of experience with low-code/no-code, BPM, workflow automation, or PaaSHands-on experience with Appian, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, or PegaExperience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs and cloud servicesAgile/Scrum delivery experiencePreferred: AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled business solutionsCloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and knowledge of AI concepts (LLM, vector databases, RAG) preferredStrong understanding of architecture, integrations, and enterprise deliveryClear communication and ability to work independently in teamsCollaborative communicationProblem-solving mindsetProactive learning attitudeLow-code/no-code platforms (Appian, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, Pega)REST/SOAP API integrationsRPA and intelligent automation
