Community Engagement Lead

SIGN ON BONUS $250 AFTER 90 DAYS ADDITIONAL $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS Community Engagement Lead: Oversees the Community Engagement Field Staff to assure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly and assisting Day Support Supervisor, Will assist with completing quarterlies for community engagement individuals, Will go out in the field 2-3 times a week to monitor and observe engagement, Will oversee and facilitate the implementation of planned activities for Community Engagement daily, Work hours are from 8am-4pm M-F off Sat and Sun. Hours are subject to change per discretion of Program Director, Will ensure that all books have the correct Part V and ISP checklists, Will be required to be on the weekend on-call rotation, Prepares evaluations of Community Engagement Field Staff and reviews with Program Director before meeting with employee, Will maintain vehicle sign/sign-out sheet, Check notes weekly as well as other documentation sheets and forward to Program Director for Review; (Print off notes a needed) Assure Community Engagement Field Staff have the supplies they need, Work one weekend a month, Writes Corrective Actions as well, Requirements of the job includes: Have good oral and written communication skills, Possess a caring and positive attitude, Enjoy working with all people, Have a High School Diploma or GED, Have two years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, or an associates degree. Have the ability to establish rapport and trust with individuals, Possess the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances, Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15 an hour
