Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, for an Escrow Assistant. The role involves supporting the escrow process, managing closings, and working with team members and clients to ensure smooth transactions. Responsibilities include preparing documents, coordinating with relevant parties, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications Proficient knowledge of escrow processes and familiarity with closing proceduresStrong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and handle inquiries effectivelyExperience with notary services (certification preferred)Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesProficiency in using relevant software and technology for managing transactionsKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is a plus
