As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter you'll be responsible for bringing on talented agents who are committed to their careers. We're committed to finding the right agents, who in a sales-driven industry do what's right for their clients.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is high-energy, sales-oriented and takes enjoyment in interactions with new people. They enjoy searching for and discovering high potential individuals searching for the best broker and commissions for their established real estate careers.Self-starter who is motivated at finding out where the talent lives and isn't afraid to cold-call.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. The ability to learn and adapt is a must.Confidence. Not afraid of networking and meeting new people. Being active on LinkedIn and Social Media is a plus.Eye for quality talent.Know how to sell an opportunity to your audience.What You'll Do:Find candidates: Attract qualified candidates with skills and behaviors that align with Taylor Properties.Market the company: Identify local events that should be attended by you and the team. Manage and attend company hosted events to recruit agents.Evaluate talent: Pre-screen candidates, assess whether they're in-line with brokerage values.Manage the pipeline: You'll need to be pro-active about keeping things organized and reliable on follow-through.Onboard new-hires into our internal system and assist new-hires with their transferring process.Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
