Location: Raleigh, North CarolinaDepartment: Law & ComplianceReports to: Chief of Staff, Law & ComplianceSupports: Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer and Corporate SecretaryRole OverviewThe Executive Assistant & Legal Operations Administrator plays a central role in enabling the effectiveness of the Law & Compliance function. This position combines high-impact executive support to the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer and Corporate Secretary with operational coordination across legal, compliance, and external partners.Operating at the intersection of executive administration and legal operations, this role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and drive organization across a fast-moving, global function.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage complex calendar, prioritization, and scheduling across internal and external stakeholdersExpertly coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logisticsServe as a trusted gatekeeper and liaisonSupport Board- and executive-level meeting preparation, including materials coordination and logistics Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and briefing materialsLegal Operations & Administrative CoordinationSupport day-to-day legal operations, including matter tracking, outside counsel coordination, and invoice processingPartner with the Chief of Staff to drive operational rhythm (team meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and reporting)Assist with budgeting processes, accrual tracking, and vendor managementHelp track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across the departmentIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and communicationQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.3-5 years of experience in executive support, legal operations, or a similar role in a corporate environmentExperience supporting senior executives (C-level preferred)Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detailHigh level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive informationAbility to manage competing priorities and operate with urgency and independenceDemonstrated experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance output qualityProficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and legal or financial systemsEvent planning and event support experience Key AttributesAnticipates Needs: Proactively identifies issues and solves them before they surfaceOperates with Precision: Delivers high-quality work with impeccable attention to detailCommunicates Effectively: Builds trust across stakeholders through clear and professional communicationDrives Efficiency: Looks for ways to simplify, streamline, and improve processesBalances Priorities: Navigates both executive support and operational responsibilities seamlesslyWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to enabling the Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer and Corporate Secretary and the broader Law & Compliance team to operate efficiently and effectively.
