Specific Requirements * A qualified candidate must be admitted to the State Bar of California * Active California State Bar membership in good standing * Juris Doctor degree * Past experience in Workers Compensation is required (at least five years) Candidates will be able to manage a full case load of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Job duties include: opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Our associates are mentored through increasingly complex demands and needs of the Firm's varied clients through a continuing education process, with opportunities to ultimately become a State Bar of California Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law.
