Role: Attorney Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite in Uptown Dallas) Pay: 120k - 200k base + bonuses Type: Full-time (permanent) Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of complex civil litigation matters (mass tort & product liability)Drafting motions, handling discovery, and conducting depositionsWorking closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparationEngaging directly with clients and expert witnessesSupporting cases from early development through trialQualifications: Active Texas Bar license1-4+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositionsTrial experience is a plus
