Our company believes in creating a supportive and fulfilling work environment, and we are excited to offer immediate opportunities to work at one of our group homes on the northside of Jacksonville. This is a hourly paid position.As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our clients such as daily transporting them from their ADT program, bathroom assistance, medication administration & management, preparing snacks and dinner, housekeeping, laundry, moral support, and transporting residents for daily outings. Staff will also be responsible for keeping up with mandatory paperwork and assisting with doctor's appointments of all clients we render services to inside and outside of our homes. We understand that this requires patience, compassion, and understanding, and we are looking for individuals who possess these qualities.
