ENT Opening in Manitowoc & Sheboygan, WI Location: Manitowoc and Sheboygan, WI Nearby Cities: Green Bay, WI 40 m; Appleton, WI 55 m; Milwaukee, WI 65 m; Madison, WI 115 m; Chicago, IL 150 m Type: Full-Time, Employed (1.0 FTE / 35 patient contact hours) Setting: Outpatient with Light Call New Grads: Yes Opportunity: A leading multi-specialty health system in eastern Wisconsin is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its growing practice serving the Manitowoc and Sheboygan communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, autonomous, and team-oriented physician to build a thriving, well-supported ENT practice with a balanced schedule and collaborative environment. # Position Highlights:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start/finish times) FTE: 1.0 (35 patient contact hours/week) Practice Locations: Split 50/50 between Manitowoc and Sheboygan Call: No greater than 1:3 Support Team: - Dedicated clinical staff to assist with procedures and patient flow - Two Audiologists supporting both ENT and audiology practices - Collaborative care model with opportunity to add an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Current Structure: Solo physician practice with significant growth potential # Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Base Salary with productivity incentives Comprehensive Benefits Package: - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Retirement Plan with Employer Match - Paid Malpractice Coverage (with Tail) - CME Time and Allowance - Generous Paid Time Off - Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus (negotiable) # About the Community: Manitowoc and Sheboygan, Wisconsin, sit along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, offering a relaxed lifestyle, safe neighborhoods, and abundant outdoor recreation.
