If you’re passionate about storytelling through video and want your work to have real-world impact, this role is for you.🎥 What You’ll DoVideo Production (Primary Focus):Plan and execute professional video shoots (camera, lighting, audio)Direct on-screen participants to capture realistic, scenario-based training contentCollaborate with teams to bring technical processes to life visuallyVideo Editing:Edit and finalize video content (cutting, syncing audio, adding narration)Enhance content with titles, callouts, and light animationsProduce polished, engaging training videos using tools like Adobe Premiere ProLearning Content Development:Support development of eLearning and training materialsAssist with storyboarding and scripting for video-based learningBuild content using Articulate 360 Storyline (or similar tools)Translate technical concepts into clear, visual learning experiences🎯 What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creationStrong portfolio showcasing video work (required)Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar editing tools)Experience with Articulate 360 Storyline or eLearning tools is a plusAbility to manage projects end-to-end—from concept to final deliveryComfortable working with subject matter experts to capture technical content💡 Note: Strong video production experience will be prioritized over instructional design experience.🎤 Interview ProcessOne 45-minute panel interview (up to 3 interviewers)🚀 Why This Role Stands OutOwn creative direction and execution of impactful training videosBlend storytelling, production, and learning design in one roleWork remotely with opportunities for hands-on production
