In this role, you will recommend automated and manual solutions to enhance system functionality and participate in project teams associated with the development and implementation of clinical systems.A caregiver in this role works remotely Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with an on-call rotation once a month.A caregiver who excels in this role will:* Interact with end-users as required to assist in problem definition and system design.* Coordinate and perform education and end-user training programs to assure systems are utilized as designed.* Develop end-user documentation or a permanent reference for clear, concise information.* Provide implementation assistance for system projects through all phases of the system development life cycle.* Assist with system build, data validation and system testing.* Other duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:* Bachelor's degree in related field and three years of applicable hospital or major medical center clinical experience or two years of recent experience supporting a major clinical information system* OR High School diploma/GED and more than five years of relevant experience* OR Associate's degree and five years of relevant experience.* OR Master's degree and two years of experience* Experience typically supported by license in a medically related field such as nursing, pharmacy assistant, medical assistant, medical technology or EMT* For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of position start date* Effective communication and analytical skills* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision* Familiar with the processes and procedures related to health care regulatory agencies* In depth knowledge of clinical theory and practicePreferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:* ASAP certified* General Epic experience* Previous clinical experiencePhysical Requirements:* Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.* Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the Foundation and to function in a stressful environment.Personal Protective Equipment:* Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.Pay RangeMinimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
