Their team is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.About the RoleThe Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist will provide comprehensive speech therapy services to children ages 0–18. This role includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders while developing individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs.The SLP will work closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support skill development, carryover outside of therapy sessions, and consistent progress toward treatment goals.RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)Active state SLP licenseMinimum 2 years of pediatric SLP experienceExperience assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disordersStrong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approachesExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPassion for working with children and familiesFull-time availability, Monday–Friday during regular business hours, with occasional evening or weekend needs
