An early response is really appreciated Role : Electrical Engineer – PCBA Location : Manchester, NH Duration :Contract o Job Description: § What will you do? o You will work closely with Vendors and work as a coordinator between Vendor & R&D teams o Understand the existing vendor work process, supply management, Identify risk components and designs and provide alternate component or design solutions to mitigate risk. o Primary focus will be on PCBA's § Education - Bachelor's or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics Engineering § Experience o BS with 3+ years’ experience, or, MS with 2+ years’ experience: hands on product design, product development, and manufacturing experience o Experience in PCBA Design and/or component engineering, alternate identification o Good to have project management skills o Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contract manufacturers, and design firms o Working experience with Global team o Value engineering, process development, DFA/DFM/DFx experience o Experience dealing with third party agencies such as FDA, NSF, CSA, UL, ISO 13485 standard and others in the medical products industry o Proficiency in PCBA CAD Design software, SolidWorks, Pro/e, or equivalent § Knowledge, Skills, Abilities o Design and Engineering: Component Engineering, PCBA layout and EMC mitigation. o Negotiation: Ability to negotiate cost and build should cost models for sourced materials o Independence: Can work without direct supervision under ambiguous demands within a global organization o Advanced technical writing skills to produce reports and documents Job Type: Contract Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Manchester, NH 03101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
