Our customers are high-growth companies who care deeply about culture and community, and our platform helps them focus on what matters most—while we handle the complexity of group travel and events.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our go-to-market team as one of our first dedicated SDRs. You’ll be on the front lines of growth: running inbound demos, qualifying prospects, and keeping deals moving with thoughtful follow-ups. You’ll also help us open new doors through outbound campaigns, creative outreach, and demand generation experiments.This is not a boiler-room SDR role. We want hungry, modern sellers who know how to use today’s tools (CRM, sequencing, automation, AI) to scale themselves, and who are excited about the chance to help build our SDR playbook from scratch.What You’ll DoInbound ConversionRun and qualify inbound demos, leaving prospects with a strong first impression of Marco.Deliver SQLs that consistently convert into opportunities for the AE team.Maintain regular, professional touchpoints with prospects and hotel partners.Demand GenerationPartner with leadership on outbound campaigns and creative outreach strategies.Ramp up to 5 outbound meetings per week by Month 2–3.Experiment with tools, messaging, and automation to drive pipeline growth.Collaboration & ExecutionLog activities and manage pipeline consistently in HubSpot.Collaborate cross-functionally with hotels, event operations, and product teams.Embrace AI to scale prospecting, research, and client communication.What You Have3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR, BDR, or hotel group sales).Proven ability to generate meetings and opportunities through outbound campaigns.Comfortable running demos, asking discovery questions, and handling objections.Strong communicator with natural rapport-building skills.Highly fluent in sales tech: HubSpot, sequencing tools, LinkedIn, AI-driven research.Creative and scrappy—willing to pick up the phone, find a back door, and problem-solve.A builder mindset: excited to help design the SDR playbook, not just follow one.Grit, resilience, and a hunger for growth—ready to move into AE within 12–18 months.What You’ll GetCompetitive base pay + uncapped commission.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Generous PTO and sick leave.Quarterly/bi-annual company retreats.Work from anywhere (remote-first culture).Unlimited experiences & learning opportunities.The chance to join a fast-growing company at the intersection of travel, hospitality, and tech—helping shape a new category from the ground up.
