Truck Dispatcher

Description:Larkin Express is a growing and fast-paced logistics company dedicated to delivering reliable transportation solutions. We’re seeking a motivated and organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations and customer relationships for our dedicated operation.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:Manage 15–20 drivers to ensure efficient and on-time deliveries.Work with our customer to Dispatch 15 trucks daily while coordinating schedules, routes, and load assignments.Account management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly, and ensure service expectations are met.Provide high-level customer service by communicating proactively with shippers, receivers, and clients.Respond to real-time changes, delays, or emergencies with urgency and problem-solving skills.Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and deliveriesBill customers accurately and timely, ensuring all load and rate details are correctly documented and invoiced.Requirements:1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation (preferred).Strong communication and multitasking skills.Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems (preferred).Proficiency with ELD software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:Competitive pay and benefits packageSupportive and team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentPaid time off and holidaysOption for 401k
