This hotel is located right off I-20 & S StocktonThe Holiday Inn Express - Monahans is seeking a Night Auditor / Front desk agent to join our team and share the pride of this hotel!Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent responsibilities include: Posting, compiling & verifying verifies the correctness of all of the hotel’s accounts on a daily / nightly basis; Providing superior customer service to all guests; Making reservations Posting room & tax accurately; Preparing Daily Sales and Revenue Reports; Performing all activities of a Front Desk Clerk and complete night audit checklist; Completing postings, assembling audit, and closing out day on register. ability to use a computer and answer phonesQualifications: Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
