Large Volume Call Center in local law firm is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the hours of 9:25am to 6:00pm. Duties: * Verifies member information and is responsible for updating account information * Must follow scripts and specific procedures * Must take detailed summary of member's legal issue and flag information * Must meet daily/weekly call volumes and attendance policy Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking This is a full-time, hourly ($14.25/hour) position with a comprehensive benefits package that includes free medical, free vision, free $50k in life insurance, dental and long-term disability coverage.
