Customer Service Representative
Large Volume Call Center in local law firm is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the hours of 9:25am to 6:00pm.
Duties:
* Verifies member information and is responsible for updating account information
* Must follow scripts and specific procedures
* Must take detailed summary of member's legal issue and flag information
* Must meet daily/weekly call volumes and attendance policy
