Elearning Content DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced eLearning Content Developer to design, develop, maintain, and deliver cybersecurity training content in a secure DoD environment.Responsibilities:Design and develop cybersecurity training content for secure environments.Develop and maintain cyber range VMs, networks, applications, documentation, videos, and exams.Work with customers to understand training objectives and develop appropriate learning solutions.Adapt training content for different audiences, skill levels, and delivery methods.Develop training for online, video, documentation, and instructor-led environments.Incorporate emerging cybersecurity tools, technologies, architectures, and methodologies.Support offensive and defensive cyber concepts and TTPs.Maintain training content and ensure technical accuracy and relevance.Supervise, mentor, and guide training-content development team members.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.8+ years of training content development experience in a secure DoD environment.Experience developing cybersecurity training content.Experience creating training across multiple delivery mediums.Experience supervising or mentoring a team.U.S. Citizenship required — Green Card not acceptable.Active Secret Clearance required.
