Data Analyst

Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data.Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business and operational decisions.Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.Build recurring and ad-hoc reports for business teams and leadership.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Automate repetitive reporting and data analysis processes where possible.Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, operations, and other teams.Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Document data sources, methodologies, reports, and analytical processes.Required Skills8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Strong proficiency in SQL.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data manipulation.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another data visualization platform.Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation.Experience analyzing large and complex datasets.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
