EHS Manager

We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager, who is people-centered and a results-oriented leader to help us deliver the results we need to move our company and our customers forward. As theEHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees. What You'll Do - Results: Meet or exceed KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and service Reduce workplace incidents and workers’ compensation claims Achieving successful internal and external audit outcomes Improve employee EHS training completion and comprehension rates Reduce EHS-related costs through prevention and process improvements Success in leading / supporting cultural transformations What You Bring - Competencies: Strategic leadership and ownership mindset Root cause analysis and problem-solving Cross-functional collaboration and influence Continuous improvement and lean thinking Experience and Skills : Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience managing EHS issues Proven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environments Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT) Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigation Effective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systems Familiar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention Holds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fields Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $108,458 - $164,857 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
