Our portfolio includes municipal aquatic centers, resort-style water features, competition pools, lazy rivers, and specialty aquatic environments.We are seeking a Commercial Pool Construction Superintendent — a proven field leader capable of taking full ownership of large-scale, high-visibility projects.This is not an entry-level superintendent role. We are looking for a confident, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive projects to completion with authority, professionalism, and accountability.The RoleThe Superintendent serves as the final field authority on assigned projects and is on-site Monday through Friday for the full duration of construction. This role is primarily traveling, with projects located throughout Florida and occasionally out of state.You will partner directly with the Project Manager while independently commanding field execution.
