Dental Hygienist – Eden Prairie, MN | Patient-Focused Private Practice Eden Prairie Dental Care is a highly rated, patient-centered practice seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our well-established hygiene team. Our hygiene schedule is consistently booked six months out, offering stability and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships. Schedule Part-time, 2–4 days per week Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM No Fridays or weekends Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Perform thorough patient assessments and periodontal charting Take dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Partner with the doctor to identify treatment needs Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (required) Strong communication and patient education skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care Pay & Compensation Pay starting at $53.00+ per hour (based on experience) 401(k) Safe Harbor Profit Sharing Plan PTO and paid holidays Dental benefits Paid lunch time CE reimbursement Scrubs provided Flexible scheduling If you are a skilled hygienist looking for a practice that values quality care, teamwork, and work-life balance, we would love to connect with you.
