Role Overview for Assembler
We are seeking motivated and dependable Assembler I professionals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Grand Rapids, MI.
No prior manufacturing experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities for Assembler
Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks on manufacturing lines.
Assemble products using visual work instructions, diagrams, process sheets, and written/verbal instructions.
Set up initial product layouts and use hand tools and production equipment.
Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Perform continuity and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
Rework, modify, disassemble, reassemble, and test products or prototype assemblies as required.
Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications for Assembler
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, packaging, warehouse, or machine operation is a plus, but not required.
Experience using hand tools or working in a production environment is beneficial.
Qualifications for Assembler
No previous experience required.
No minimum education requirement.
Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
