Automotive Assistance Service Manager
Assitance Service Manager - Job Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments with customers
Meet and greet customers
Create service invoices
Book service invoices
Look up warranty operations and times
Invoice service invoices
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services
Enter itemized estimate on service order and explain estimate to customer to gain their understanding of all services provided
Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the Service Director
Audit all service Invoices to make the time punches are correct with the correct labor times.
Sign off on vehicle vehicles after inspection process is completed.
Assist the stocking in process and checking the accessories on the new vehicles.
Meet the dealership's standards for repair/order process
Must have a proven track record with C.S.I.
Job Type: Commission / Salary / Bonuses
Pay: $ 110,000.00 = $ 150,000.00 per year

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
