We have locations in Southern California, Northern California, and Colorado.We strive to set the highest standards for Safety, Workmanship and overall work environment.We are currently searching for a quality and detail-oriented individual to lead our Estimating departmentDuties shall include but not limited to:Prepare Estimates for review:Download plans - Take off plans - Enter into Estimate program - Create ProposalManage Project Specifics:Manage & Track vendor quote requests, job correspondence, timelinesSubmit Project Proposals to Clients:Prepare Project Proposals and submit to clients with detailed information pertaining to the specific projectCommunicate project goals and track communication with clients.Manage Estimating Calendar:Manage project due dates - Keep estimating team on track for due dateAssist with Submittal Process:Assist Project Management Team with Submittal process and coordinate project budgetsContracts:Participate in the Contract review process with clients and provide feedback on project scope.Assist with the review of Contract Scope to ensure it is project specific and that all items are covered.Project Budgets:Create and qualify project budgets for the project management teamBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life and Voluntary AD&D, Paid Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay401k plan with employer matchRequirementsFive years of experience of estimating for HVAC (or comparable trade within new construction)Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time managementStrong Communication skillsAbility to read blueprint plansAbility to multi-taskProficient in Microsoft Excel and BluebeamAble to navigate online Project Management Website (Procore, Autodesk, Plangrid)Mid-Level (5+ Years)Salary Description
