Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.LocationLocation: Houston, TX or Lenexa, KSResponsibilities Design and implement scalable business applications, enhancing operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex business needs and improve application performance Develop comprehensive documentation on application specifications and architectural designs, ensuring clarity and consistency Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for AI and automation Design and prototype solutions to improve workflows and efficiency Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to scale solutions Build lightweight tools, integrations, and proofs of concept Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical plans Help prioritize and guide solution development across teamsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 2–5 years in solutions engineering, or software development Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with APIs, integrations, and system design Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skillsSuccess in This Role Delivered well-scoped, high-impact solutions to business problems Acted as a trusted advisor to stakeholders Helped scale AI and automation adoption across teamsOther Requirements:Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.Perform work safely and effectively.
